Put simply, it’s the physics that explains how everything works: the best description we have of the nature of the particles that make up matter and the forces with which they interact. Quantum physics underlies how atoms work, and so why chemistry and biology work as they do. You, me, and the gatepost – at some level at least, we’re all dancing to the quantum tune. If you want to explain how electrons move through a computer chip, how photons of light get turned to electrical current in a solar panel or amplify themselves in a laser, or even just how the sun keeps burning, you’ll need to use quantum physics. The difficulty – and, for physicists, the fun – starts here. To begin with, there’s no single quantum theory. Sticky Thai Lettuce Cups

Here is one of my favorite meals that is simple to make at home. This Sticky Thai Lettuce Cup is so nice and flavourful that you'll want to make more. This recipe only serves for 2 Ingredients: 1/4 bunch coriander 1 T vegetable oil 250g beef mince 1 garlic cloves, finely chopped 1 spring onion, finely chopped 1 T fish sauce 2T lime juice 1/4 bunch mint leaves, roughly chopped 1 cos lettuce, washed, leaves separated 1T Kecap Manis if needed use Salt for that extra tang. Method: 1. Pick leaves from half the coriander and reserve. Finely chop the remaining coriander. 2. Heat oil over high heat in a wok or large frying pan. Add mince and garlic and stir-fry for 5 minutes, breaking up lumps, or until browned and liquid has evaporated. Transfer to a bowl. Stir in onion, fish sauce, and lime juice and toss well to combine. Add chopped coriander and a little each of the mint and chili, reserving some for garnish. 3. Spoon mixture into lettuce leaves, garnish with reserved herbs and chili, ...
