Corn Fritters!!!
Hey, here is a quick dish I made not long ago, I definitely recommend trying it!
I made an amazing meal.
It was delicious and flavorful.
It was delicious and flavorful.
I doubled the recipe so I was able to obviously make more.
The dish I made was corn Fritters. Corn Fritters are amazingly tasteful if you add the right spices.
The Corn Fritters were made from……
- ½ Self-Raising Flour, I used a cup.
- ½ cup of Corn, I used a full can of Corn (because a full can was equivalent to the 1 cup measuring cup).
- 1 t Continental Chicken Salt Reduced Stock Powder, I used 2 teaspoons of Chicken Salt Stock.
- 1 Egg, I used 2 Eggs
- ¼ cup of Milk, I used ½ cup of Milk
- Oil
In this dish the equipment needed was……
- A fork, I used a fork to whisk the ingredients together.
- A ½ measuring cup, I used for the Milk, and to scoop the mixture from the bowl into the pan.
- A measuring cup for the Flour.
- Flipping Spatula, the flipping spatula is used for the mixture in the pan, when one side is ready I will flip the mixture onto the other side.
- Pan, I used the pan to pour the mixture into so it can cook the Fritters.
- Teaspoon, I used a teaspoon to add the Chicken Salt Stock into the mixture
- Big bowl, I used a big bowl to add all the ingredients.
Plate, I used a plate to present my finished product.
- Paper towel, I used a paper towel to soak the excess oil out of the Fritters.
For the toppings, I added a Salsa/Guacamole type of dressing as I don't necessarily like what is normally put on Fritters (Cream Cheese or Chili Sauce).
Ingredients I used for my Salsa were……
- ½ cup of chopped Parsley
- Half an Avocado
- Half a Tomato
- ¼ squeezed Lemon
- A dash of Oil.
Everything I used for my Salsa/Guacamole was added to bring flavor and nutrients to the meal.
